If
you want to make sure the house will be available when it
suits you, even several months in advance, we suggest you
should book and pay a deposit.
Booking
conditions

If you want to book over 56 days before your renting period You can do so by depositing an amount of 100 €. Then you will have to
pay, 56 days before you arrive,50 % of the total amount of the renting minus the deposit of 100 €
. And 35 days before you arrive, you will have to pay the balance (i.e. 50
% of the total amount of the renting ) . If you want to book between 56 and 35 days before your renting period You will have to pay 50 % of the total amount of the renting to confirm
your booking. And 35 days before you arrive, you will have to pay the balance (i.e. 50
% of the total amount of the renting ) . If you want to book less than 35 days before your renting period You will have to pay the total amount of the renting at once. |
We kindly remind you that pets are forbidden in our house
If you wish to book your stay, please contact us so that we can confirm if the house is available and send you a contract. Your booking will be effective as soon as your first payment has been received.
Cancellation and refunding conditions
| Cancellations
must be confirmed in writing (by e-mail or by post )
with ackowledgement of receipt, without your having to
provide any justification.
The cancellation date is when we receive your e-mail or your letter. An ackowledgement of receipt will be sent to you by return. You will then be refunded an amount which varies according to the time left before your renting. ( cf chart ) The amount that is taken into account to estimate the refunding corresponds to the amount we have received without including the deposit. If the amount to be refunded is less than 100 €, no refunding will be returned. We will do our utmost to refund you as quickly as possible and hope that your cancellation will not prevent you from contacting us some other time for another renting. If
we do not receive the money in due time,we may cancel your
booking. Should you fail to contact us, the full amount you
have paid will remain ours.
